There are some things bugging me a bit, the tower should be 3D-ish, since the guy is drawn that way, but it looks like a bunch of loose elements. O_o Breaking it down into cubes and defining a 'vanishing point' for the perspective would get that sorted ^^)

Cropping/positioning the picture might help it as well, now the vertical compostion of the picture gets hapered a bit by the squarish paper-format and the low placement of the font
