You've really started added I nice design element to your portrait work. It would be neat to see some work like this of people you know that you can get to pose for you or your own photo ref. this mite add that extra connection to your subject. I got to agree with Preston there look to be some issues in the eye area of the face. I think it’s with the shading on the cheeks themselves. Besides that I really like where your work is going. Keep em coming.

Nice work but something bothers me on the face, I think that it's due to the white line under her left eye that doesn't exist under the right one. The left one also seems to look lower than the right one. The eyelids may be a tad too low.... You should add some darker shading on the corners of the mouth to give more volume
The arms look a little bit too long and too thin. I know that the girl on the ref has long and thin arms but sometimes you have to go further to give it the right look The hands look too big compared to the head.

The hair is beautiful...but something disturb me ...with all these beautiful curve in the hair....her chin look a bit square...and the top of her head look a bit smaller then the face..maibe i am wrong...
